Troy Sapp CPA, CFP® formed Commencement Financial Planning LLC after 14 years of providing comprehensive wealth management, trust administration, estate planinng, and tax compliance services at a multi-generational single family office in the PNW. There he was taught an objective and consultative approach, not one based on sales. Troy continues to follow that same objective and consultative approach to providing financial advice.
The client/advisor relationship is unique in that it must involve the client sharing deeply personal information. Troy works from a home office in University Place/Lakewood. This is a comfortable environment with a very short commute which also keeps overhead and, in turn, his fees low. If you are looking for an advisor with an expensive and fancy downtown office, this is probably not your stop.
